Creighton provides complete entitlement services from Federal, State, County and Local, including but not limited to BLM, SWFWMD, SFWMD, HRS, DEP, ACOE, FEMA, Zoning, Platting, Utility and Local Permitting. Environmental Evaluations Creighton environmental services include; Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Geotechnical Reports, FLUCCS Mapping, remediation services, soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, underground storage tanks installation / removal, waste management and environmental compliance. Design & Architecture Creighton strongly believes that a great design is at the heart of every building project. Each project is closely managed to guarantee that the client’s specific project architectural needs, requirements, and design goals are met while strictly monitoring, directing and value-engineering the project to insure that we adhere to the client’s complete Scope, Budget and Schedule requirements.
